If you have contacts in another CRM, in Excel, in Google Sheets, or in any list — you can move them all into Qadim at once by uploading a CSV file. A CSV is a simple spreadsheet that any program can export. The template shows you which columns Qadim understands and how to fill them in.
* At least one of firstname, lastname, or phone must be filled — rows with all three empty are skipped.
First Name with a capital F and a space works, but Firstname vs firstname both work too. When in doubt, copy exact names from the template.
Buyer with a capital B or BUYER in capitals still works. But client or lead don't exist — the contact will just land as other.
Looking for 2BR, urgent will break the row unless you wrap it: "Looking for 2BR, urgent". The template handles this correctly — use it as a reference.
Opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. The file has two sheets: "Contacts" to fill in, "Instructions" for reference. When ready, export as CSV and upload above.
